In this week's article, we will talk about one of our partner brands, "Peter Pão", a natural bakery. This is a new, dynamic, young, sustainable, and ecological project, always using environmentally friendly products, produced with ingredients collected and treated in sustainable ways, constantly seeking regional and local producers, thus walking hand in hand with the concept of national, Portuguese products, and the local economy.
At "Peter Pão", they have been working with natural fermentation (sourdough), free of any chemicals, for over 15 years, and it is with this method that all products from this bakery are made, artisanally, with traditional flavors.

The choice of flours is made carefully, based on the selection of grains planted with organic seeds from traditional species of our country. All flours are made in stone mills, and in some cases, windmills are used, reviving an ancient craft and integrating sustainability into the supply chain from the start. In this natural bakery, a complete production and consumption cycle based on our country is established, aiming to boost the local economy, the quality and freshness of the products, as well as their ecological sustainability.
