A period of 14 days is stipulated for the termination of contracts with regard to (Exchanges / Returns), as provided for in Decree Law 24/2014 of February 14, in art. 10th.

THE Portuguese Products declines any responsibility for any errors published on the website, including any errors in price updates.
THE Portuguese Products is not responsible for the cost of forwarding orders due to errors in entering the address or incomplete data in the customer's registration.
The sale prices indicated on the website are in Euros. Delivery charges are borne by the customer and are charged at the end of the order, depending on the selected products.
THE Portuguese Products reserves the right to modify prices at any time, however it tries to apply the rates in force that were indicated on the website at the time the User places the order.
We inform you that if the price indicated is incorrect and is manifestly negligible, regardless of its cause (computer bug, manual error, technical error, etc.), the order will be canceled, even if it has already been confirmed.
DELIVERY - SHIPPING
The average delivery time is 24/48 hours, after notifying the Customer that the goods have been shipped. THE Portuguese Products is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
The cost of postage is shown in the final price presented to you by the page when the order is finalized.
RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT
Under the terms of Decree Law 24/2014 of February 14, namely of its art. 10, the consumer has the right to freely terminate the contract.
Online Returns
At the online store, for return or exchange, the Customer, after receiving the product, has 14 days in a row, to communicate his withdrawal or exchange. You must do this by registered letter and with acknowledgment of receipt and provided that the product is returned with the packaging intact.
Upon receipt of the product returned by the customer to Produtos Portugueses, if it is in the same condition as it was sent to the customer (in good working order and without signs of use), depending on the customer's willingness to return, one of the two situations: the product will be exchanged for another that meets the desired requirements, or the value of the product will be returned to the customer.
Exchanges, when authorized, will be accepted as long as the product packaging is intact and as long as the customer informs us of their intention to withdraw or exchange within a maximum period of 14 consecutive days after receiving the product. You must do so by registered letter and with acknowledgment of receipt.
The costs of return / postage are the responsibility of the customer and are borne by the same.
In case of exchange for a product with a different price than the returned product, the difference will be invoiced or returned to the Customer.
